You cannot decide for a coaching or service of you have don’t know the person you might be working with…. a session where we meet online and cover the main questions around your request and my approach to work is important for both parties. If we are working together will be decided afterwards. Sich für ein Coaching oder einen Service zu entscheiden ohne die Person dahinter zu kennen ist schwierig… hierfür biete ich einen kurzen online Kennenlern-Austausch an. Wir besprechen hier die wichtigsten Fragen rund um Deine Herausforderung, zudem lernst Du mich und meine Arbeitsweise kennen. Ob wir zusammenarbeiten möchten, entscheiden wir erst danach.

The coaching sessions are tailored to you and your topic. Be it career, further development, personal progress or something else - I will accompany you on your journey individually. At the beginning and during our coaching sessions, we always discuss exactly what you need and how long we will be travelling together. This way you are always in the lead of your development journey. Die Coachingsessions sind auf Dich und Dein Thema zugeschnitten. Sei es Karriere, Weiterentwicklung, persönliches Vorankommen oder anderes – ich begleite Dich auf Deiner Reise individuell. Zu Beginn und während unserer Coachings besprechen wir immer wieder genau, was Du brauchst und wie lange wir gemeinsam unterwegs sein werden. So bist Du stets im Lead von Deiner Entwicklungsreise.

Be it a workshop with theoretical input or a customised team development. Depending on the topic, I will be happy to accompany you. A joint preliminary discussion helps to clarify the assignment. Here we also discuss the other key data. Sei es ein Workshop mit Theorie-Input oder eine massgeschneiderte Teamentwicklung. Je nach Thema begleite ich Euch gern. Ein gemeinsames Vorgespräch hilft bei der Auftragsklärung. Hier besprechen wir auch die anderen Eckdaten.
Training & Workshop design & facilitation
Invited various guests for a panel, but a moderator is missing? I would be happy to host your event and guide you through the topic. A prior briefing of the participants is of course included. Verschieden Gäste zu einem Thema eingeladen, jedoch fehlt die Moderation? Gern hoste ich Euren Event und führe durch das Thema. Ein vorheriges Briefing der Teilnehmenden gehört selbstverständlich dazu.

unweit heisst fast da sein, noch nicht richtig nah aber auch nicht mehr weit weg. Manchmal braucht es für bestimmte Wege nur noch kleine Impulse von aussen. Das ist genau das, was ich anbiete. Sei es im eins-zu-eins Kontext, ganz individuell oder als ganze Gruppe oder Team. Ich helfe beim Vorwärtskommen, damit «unweit» zum «endlich da» wird.
unweit means almost there, not yet really close but not far away either. Sometimes all you need for your journey are few inputs from outside. That is exactly what I offer. Be it in a one-to-one context, individually or as a whole group or team. I help you move forward so that «unweit» becomes «finally there».
